I'm planning on replacing the fork seals on my 1098s. Never done it before. Did a little research, doesn't look very difficult. I have a manual and most of the tools required and should be locating a couple other things shortly. If anyone is interested in witnessing my handy work (so you can laugh at my misery) your more than welcome to come by. Ill post the date when I get everything I need to get started.
I've replaced a lot of fork seals. Use lots of fork oil and make sure no sharp edges anywhere on tubes or legs for 39 thru 50mm. Beez
